sixteen20 was founded in 2007 by versatile artist Bryan Chavez. With 20 years of experience in the industry, his knowledge encompasses all aspects of production. Chavez has served as lead artist and director on a multitude of projects for film, television, and commercial clients. He has a strong background in traditional artistry, graphic design, sculpting, 3d printing, concept design, motion capture, character development and animation. He was the recipient of two Telly Awards in 2013 and 2014 for his work on Deadliest Catch and was the winner of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 1995.
Eva Chavez is the cofounder and lead producer of sixteen20. She keeps the clients and artist up to speed with the latest in sixteen20 production. She graduated from FIDM majoring in merchandise product development. She then graduated cum laude from CSUN with a degree in child and adolescent development. She has seen her education from CSUN help her the most in this studio... Dealing with our childish artists.
